Mama Zahra Foundation is a non-political, non-profitable making, nonpartisan, and ethnic and gender sensitive organization created in 2012 to respond to the current needs for Somali people in order to reduce if not to eliminate child abuse and ensure friendly living environment for women, elderly and children in Somalia
What We Do:
Mama Zahra Foundation is aimed to tackle the humanitarian crisis including but not limited to: Child Care, protection, droughts and disaster prevention and also develops community basic social Services needs and creates employment opportunities and income generation projects for the Youth, Women, IDPs and poor rural community to reduce the level of poverty and contribute to both National and global Development Goals.
